Duncan Keith's overtime goal gives Blackhawks 3-2 victory over Flames

Defenseman Duncan Keith scored 23 seconds into overtime to give the Chicago Blackhawks their sixth straight victory, 3-2 over the Calgary Flames on Friday night.

Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews set up the winning goal, stepping around Calgary defenseman Dion Phaneuf and finding Keith wide open in front.

Patrick Kane and Dave Bolland also scored for Chicago, coming off a 9-2 victory in Edmonton on Tuesday night. Nikolai Khabibulin made 32 saves to improve 10-1-4 this season and 20-5-2 in his career against Calgary.

Chicago (17-6-7) last had a six-game winning streak in 2001-02.

Rene Bourque and David Moss scored for the Flames.

After Bourque opened the scoring in the first period, Bolland tied it at 1:08 of the second off a rebound, and Kane gave Chicago the lead on a power play at 6:24.

With Toews blocking goalie Miikka Kiprusoff's view, Kane whipped a wrist shot from the top of the faceoff circle into the top corner. It was just the fourth power-play goal the Flames have allowed in the last 15 games.

The Flames tied it 2 minutes later on Moss' goal.

Bourque darted down the wing and ripped a shot on goal that Khabibulin got a pad on. However, the rebound hopped over Chicago defenseman Brian Campbell's stick and went to Moss, who rapped it into the open side as Khabibulin slid across.

Notes:@ Bourque played his first three NHL seasons with the Blackhawks before being acquired last summer by the Flames in a trade for future considerations. ... Calgary star Jarome Iginla's first period assist was his 800th career NHL point. ... Calgary LW Curtis Glencross (leg) missed his third game.
